Conducted annually since 2022, the ATD Dealership Workforce Study is the only authoritative and comprehensive examination of truck dealership workforce trends. This study provides the latest industry data on employee compensation, benefits, turnover, retention, demographics, hiring trends, hours of operation and more. The data is published in annual reports for members only.  The reporting shows national and regional data as well as sales volume ranges from low, medium, and high-volume stores.
